It was bottled in December 2007 after two winters maturing in French oak.
It will continue to develop over the next five to ten years.

- A blend of wood and stainless steel fermented fruit.
Will continue to develop with further bottle age
- 2008 d’meure Pinot Gris $35 per bottle

A wine with some wood and bottle age. It shows good balance and length on
the palate.
These wines are available ex winery or from Wursthaus Kitchens, Montpelier
Retreat in Hobart or the Pinot Shop in Launceston.
