A wine from an exceptional year.
It was bottled in December 2009 after maturing in French oak.
It will continue to develop over the next five to ten years.
- 2008 d’meure Chardonnay $45 per bottle
- This wine was fermented in barrel and stainless
steel, on indigenous yeasts, unfiltered and with just minimal additions of
sulphur prior to bottling.
Will continue to develop with further bottle age
- 2008 d’meure Pinot Gris $35 per bottle

A wine with some wood and bottle age. It shows good balance and length on
the palate.
These wines are available ex winery or from Wursthaus Kitchens, Montpelier
Retreat in Hobart or the Pinot Shop in Launceston.
